For booting SystemRescueCD, you need to put 'sysrcd.dat' file in the iso to root of the drive.

Now I highly recommend to use Easy2Boot instead of pure grub4dos. It is very easy!

But Grub4dos is open source, and also easy to use.

  • Use grubinst (hdX) install to MBR
  • Copy grldr file to the drive
  • Change the iso path in menu.lst
  • Done
